Terms & Condition :

• The Above price are firm and free of escalation and inclusive of EDC, ECC, FFC & Power Backup Charges.
• PLC @ 5% of Basic Sale Price shall be applicable on units on G/F & 3%. of Basic Sale Price. on 1st to 3rd Floor and Top three floors onwards.
• On Covered Car Parking Space @ 2.5 Lac is mandatory.
• Club Membership Charges shall be Rs. 50,000/-(Mandatory).
• Down Payment Rebate @ 12% shall be applicable on 85% amount payable towards basic price.
• Cheque/Draft  to be issued on favour of "ANSAL LANDMARK TOWNSHIPS PVT. LTD."
  payable at Delhi/Ghaziabad only. Out station cheque shall not be accepted.
• Price is subject to revision without notice and price  ruling on the date of  allotment and acceptance by the company only shall be applicable.
• The registration charges, Legal/Documentation fee is in addition to the aforesaid price (payable at the time of offer of possession.)
• The company shall endeavor to complete construction of unit allotted within 3 year from the date of sanction of plans. License for group housing has already been received from U.P. Govt.
• The other Terms and condition of sale would be as per the standard allotment letter / agreement of Aquapolis.
