I HAVE BOOKE MY FLAT IN SRS RESIDENCY SECTOR 88 FARIDABAD, C4 TOWER FLAT 802. BUILDER HAS PROMISED THAT THEY WILL GIVE THE POSSESSION IN 4-5 MONTH. BUT STILL NEITHER LIFT WORK HAS DONE NOR ANY MAJOR DEVELOPMENT IS THERE. I THINK MANY PEOPLE HAS PURCHASED THE FLAT ONLY FOR INVESTING PURPOSE NOT FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSE. WHEN I MAKING CALLS TO SRS OFFICE THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO GIVE THE RIGHT INFORMATION..... ANYONE HAVE IDEA WHEN IT WILL COMPLETE.

No builder have/can given the exact time of possession specifically in neharpar projects. possession can be expected at the end of this year or start of 2013 but since there is accessibility problem. it will be problem to consider it livable though SRS itself have taken initiative to build the internal road.
