Spacio

BPTP Park Serene Gurgaon

There are a lot of people working in airtel who have booked this project. I had discussion with them on this project , their responce on the future developments of SEC 37d and BPTP spacio was quite convincing to me, As i have made my mind to go for this , still will like to have your feedback. As this is a life time investment for me.

I am bullish about the project. i feel one can invest. maybe the smallest size.

Raheja Atharva Gurgaon

If we buy a flat in Raheja's atharva now will it be good from both investment and move in point of view. I am working in janakpuri. please guide us

i am not really sure about investment point but yes it could be an enduser property if you find the floor plan, location and specs fine. till the infrastructure improves there it could take longer. for investment consider bptp serne spacio, low investment.

Omaxe Heights

Omaxe Heights faridabad

Thanks for your reply nd i just want to clear u that i am an end user nd looking forward to move at the time of possession but the infrastructure of tht area is too bad till now. And i think this area will not suitable for living till 2015 (minimum).Builders are planning to give possession by year end but no external development is there in this scenario i think end users have nothing in their hands.

Even on as is to where is basis it is not that bad as you sound. let them offer possession, let us talk 6 months later then, as to how many families would shift.

BPTP Parklands Villas Faridabad

Hi, I would like to update that I recently got 150 sy villa in F block with a premium of 3.5 Lakh. Any idea if it would be livable till end of this year or early next year? Also, is the premium may increase?

I feel that premiums must have risen even now. it might be livable by next year. connectivity might be an issue.

Has LIC started funding BPTP park Elite for P block ? If not so when we can expect for loan disbursement?

They have done for some blocks. for specific blocks i suggest you speak directly to them. Meanwhile if someone in that block has an update, i would request to share.

Park Floor II

BPTP Park Floors Faridabad

I am also a buyer of park floorII. It is very surprising to note that BPTP is changing floor plan , sizes and may change any thing because this as builder buyer aggrement. I think bulder buyer aggrement is open ended and all clauses favours builder only for all buiders . But most of the builder( not all) so drastic changes except what BPTP.

Anything is possible at BPTP from change of plans, to change of locations or allotments. In any such situation there are always few remedies - tolerate it (most people fit into this category), exit in open market (works for all those where there is some demand or premium, not really applicable on your project now), representing to developer (I have rarely seen it working with BPTP), go legal (i never really recommend it unless all above 3 categories have exhausted and it is giving you sleepless nights).

ferrous credibility
Posted by divya arun  (India) 28 Jul 2010

Appreciate for your efforts on the development of new Faridabad. i have gone throuh u'r blog but did not find anything regarding ferrous group. Can you recommend something to me. I am looking ferrous buiders project. is investing in ferrous group a good decision and value for money. how is this group as compared to other builders. Which as per you is a better property to buy considering the fact that I am an end user and will move 2012.

We interact and handle with only couple of developers. but we are open if people want to chat about other projects as well. As an enduser any developer who delivers (at the most within reasonable delay and quality) has completed its part. And if the project looks close to that i dont see a reason. Most developers including BPTP came as new entrants in neher par market. So at the end of the day, it would be delivery and quality which would determine reputation.

Suggestion

Omaxe Heights faridabad

I have a 2BHK in Omaxe Heights so i just want to ask is it feasible to sale out this one and go for Noida Extinction area which is developing very fast nd price are even not so high. What will be the good decision according to you perspective as i think it very difficult for one to reallocate thr even afr possession. What is ur view on that?

As of now i am not too sure of Noida extension. It might not turn out to be another bubble. and even if you do that stick to a reasonably good and reputed developer. you can even consider bptp spacio in sec 37d at 30 odd lakh budget. in any case omaxe heights should be exitted by those not endusers.
