bptp parkfloors II
i myself visited the site of work and found that construction is in full swing on tower no t44, parkfloors ph ii, faridabad sec -76 without approval of plans. another discrepancy i found was total change of scheme . original scheme against which i applied was g+3 with area 1414 sq ft whereas the one under construction is g+5 with area 1275 sq ft. i do not how bptp can change the concept at their own withot our consent and force the allotement on us . is there any remedy available with us.


Reply: bptp can do anything and for that matters most builders. It is still satisfying to see development is going on. Since developers never agree anything like plans (number of floors) etc in written agreements, it is difficult to seek remedy and even where they do they reserve right to amend plans.

Can you please provide an update about the construction of G.F.-3bhk apt as BPTP has not uploaded new pics after June'10 on its site. Also do you see any price appreciation in a year from now?

It was promised that bptp will make a road connecting park floor 2 to bptp bridge. any updates about it?? also i happened to visit the site on sunday. updates are not very encouraging, fittings look substandard, just the rear wall has beeen painted nicely to influence the visitors.

Can anyone tell me how many towers are being built in Park Floors 2(sec 76) ? As per the buyer agreement there were only supposed to be 14 towers with 16 units each. Also anyone knows approx when can the possessions be expected ?

I am also a buyer of park floorII. It is very surprising to note that BPTP is changing floor plan , sizes and may change any thing because this as builder buyer aggrement. I think bulder buyer aggrement is open ended and all clauses favours builder only for all buiders . But most of the builder( not all) so drastic changes except what BPTP.

Reply: Anything is possible at BPTP from change of plans, to change of locations or allotments. In any such situation there are always few remedies - tolerate it (most people fit into this category), exit in open market (works for all those where there is some demand or premium, not really applicable on your project now), representing to developer (I have rarely seen it working with BPTP), go legal (i never really recommend it unless all above 3 categories have exhausted and it is giving you sleepless nights).

Hi, can you please advise on the resale value for BPTP park Floors, sec 76; G+5 2BHK with lift appt. Also we have made 60% payment; is any finance avalible on the same.

This is regarding the sanction plans of BPTP park floors two. BPTP has not received sanction plans . Now they are telling that they will receive in september. I don't know what is problem with them. For the last two year it is going on like this. The building is going to complete. Hope before the year ends they receive the sanction plans.
