Can you please provide us the latest status of this project and its location with respect to the badarpur flyover? Do you still recommond investing in this project at this stage when the project is already delayed by 1+ years?

Reply: excavation work is going on, number of basements have increased because of change of parking norms. It is going to be just there where flyover would end. i definitely recommend this. in many cases delay is a boon than a problem. a ready building today would have been a bigger liability

THE COMMON SERVICES AREAS ie TOILETS ARE REMOVED FROM THE PLAN AND THE SHELL SPACE IS BEING SOLD TO OTHERS. CROWN IS CONSTRUCTING THE TOILETS IN THE SHELL SPACE OF EACH USERS ,HENCE THE ACTUAL COVERED AREA OF EACH USER WILL REDUCE

Realtech IT park badarpur

I want to know how is investment in Realtech IT park near Badarpur border. The rate being offered to me is around Rs 5000 psf. Also i want to know about credibility of realtech as a developer - have seen some projects like Copia and Veritas and were impressive but no new projects like other real estate companies. Please comment

Reply: crown abacus is better, this would below the proposed badarpur border bridge. also work has even started in a big way at crown and pricing is almost similar. crown is biggest and proven name in commercials in faridabad with crown plaza and crown interiorz as most popular malls in faridabad
