Tower A-D

Message from BPTP. We would like to update you that we have already applied for the occupancy certificate for the tower A, B, C and D to the Competent Authority. Please note that the physical possession can be offered in towers A, B and C Princess Park after receiving the occupancy certificate from the Competent Authority. As per the current status the physical possession shall be offered in towers A, B, C and D not before by 2 nd quarter of 2013 post receipt of occupancy certificate.

They issued possession letter for Tower D. I think they have received OC for tower D. Now confuse whether they issue possession letter without OC for tower D ? any clue what is going ?

I have veen given offer of Possession by BPTP in tower B with revise area for 2BHK is 1346 Sq. Ft. Now they have revised it to 1453 Sq. Ft. So any body can tell me that what is area they have received in their offer of Possession for 2 BHK in princess park.

Is anybody aware of the possession status in Tower A BPTP CS only says some clearance is awaited form concerned authorities and does not clarify the details and they are giving this reply for more than a year now. Is there any problem with this particular tower?

paid full and final amount along with the penalty, submitted all the documents asked for the posession and still BPTP is not talking about the posession of Tower - C. Neither, giving any response thru mail also.

I HAVE CLEARED ALL THE DUES ALONG WITH THE PENALTY AND ALSO SUBMITTED THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS / PAPERS AS REQUIRED BY BPTP. STILL POSSESION HAS NOT BEEN DONE FOR PRINCESS PARK. ANY LOGICAL REASON YOU CAN GIVE.

Reply: You must check if they got occupation certificate for your tower.

What was the paper work required? when did u actually received the amount? what was the mode of payment by BPTP ? how much amount did you receive ? was it at Rs. 5/- pef per month? for how many months?

I personally talked to at least 10 real customer of Princess park . No one told to me that they got penalty. Newly RWA are carry it forward to BPTP mgmt with our voice.

During follow up my case for possession and registry of my plot, customer care official Mr. Manish during arguments said - BPTP ne kisi ko abhi tak delayed possession charge diya hai jo apko degi. one thing is clear nobody would get any delayed possession charge as per agreement from BPTP.

Please confirm whether any one has received delayed possession charge as per plot buyer agreement from BPTP in case of Plots where conveyance deed registration and physical possession has been taken place.

Last week, I visited the society and was amazed to see the environment , maintainence, overall landscpaping done by the builder...far better then Omaxe Heights...worth every penny and would see some good appreciation in coming time
