Registry Charges

HI can any body tell me roughly on what basis registry charges can be calculated ? is it basis of super/carpet square feet area ? or circle rate ? Another question ? what other charges can developer include at the time if possession ?

Reply: super area x circle rare for resale cases else BSP. some developers are taking stamp duty on all charges.

Register on super area + Covered Parking if you have . If you have original booking or pre launch transfer then registry will be at Rs 1350 and if you get flat in resale after launch the project then registry will be at Rs 1900 or 2100 or circle rate . Other charges will be as podium , meter charges which will be approx Rs 40kto 45k + increase in super area , edc . Registry charges will be Rs 15k

I have 3 Bhk in Omaxe Heights .Its been 4-5 months since I got possession. Just wondering, when will the registries happen and how much would be the approximate registry cost for 1590sqft flat that I bought in resale. Also ,its on the name of both me and my wife.

well it will take another couple of months as they don't have the completion certificate from the concerned authority.......another shocking news is that the circle rates have been revised once again from Rs.2100 to Rs.3000 per sq.ft.......maintenance charges @ Rs. 1.75 + 0.10 = 1.85 + service tax is applicable from 1st of April 2013......!!!!!!
