Did anybody visited ONH site recently? If yes, please update about sector road leading to BPTP bridge from Omaxe New heights?

ONH Construction update

Work is going on in full swing in all towers of ONH. In bloomberg tower 8th floor is reached. premimum has touched 10 lacs. Good thing is that Master Road connecting ONH being constructed by HUDA is now visible near the society. Crossing village to reach ONH site may not be required in coming months.

Triumph Omaxe New Heights

I visited Triumph and saw dirt being cleared for the sector road, couldn't confirm if that will connect BPTP bridge. In Triumph, in the stairway, tiles being laid and front railings are being provided. SPA village and Era Group towers stand plastered for finishing.

What is the status on the sector road that is suppose to connect Omaxe New Height to the bridge? How is the development of Triumph Towers and the neighbouring projects - SPA, Era Group towers. Any information on the overall infrastructure development in New Faridabad that someone may share?

Covered car parking

Dear All, I have recently bought a flat(6th floor, 1350sq ft) in ONH at a premium of 16.5L. Unfortunately, the previous owner did not buy covered car parking and now Omaxe people are saying that covered car parking is not available. What can we do? Thankyou - Jyotsana

Good to know that the premium has touched 16.5L. It seems Omaxe has sold all covered parking slots to other flat holders or is waiting for possession to sell the slots at higher rate.

I visited ONh this weekend and was surprised to know that Omaxe is selling remaining 12th floor flats at 3500 /psft. I'll upload their costing sheet soon. The BSP for 1350 sqft flat is 47,58,000 + EDC +Parking. The construction speed is very good. Structure is complete, internal / ext plaster has reached 7 floor and tile work has started for the lower floor. The possession is 1 year from now.
