| sir, I got e news letter from triveni galaxy, which says lot of things like tender for generators, tiles, kitchen sinks, flush doors, lift & elevators etc... Two Brick plants are installed, photo is there, brick work is also visible in tower photo's. Internal development tantive date is 1st qtr of 2011. Important is tentative possession timings of towers also mentiioned i.e. Tower 1 and 16 - 1st qtr of 2011, Tower 17, 12, 14 15 , 13 and 19 2nd Qtr of 2011, Tower 2 - 3rd qtr of 2011. I wish for the same to. I already mailed u e-news letter. |

please report true picture of Triveni as you reported earlier, now all of sudden you changed your attitude with Triveni why? many customers are suffering and you know very well? we all need your support.

Reply: true picture still remains that the work is progressing constantly in the initially taken up towers. however, reporting more things require a regular interaction with company on day to day basis and getting inputs from there. and more than inputs company agreeing to things and ideas proposed by you for better customer relations and confidence. since company management looks too busy for all that, for their own reasons, there is little one can do, except making an effort to reach out to them.

| Checked this recent branding release from Triveni. I think its time for them to stop talking and start doing and let all this come as customer feedback. No progress/staus update has been observed on T15 in last one month.

| Wondering about the latest update of Tower T-13. No fresh pics uploaded at trivenigalaxy.com after 3rd Aug. Also, we have not received any updates regarding the jcc meeting for a very long time. There was an article in Times Property last week about Faridabad where the possession for Triveni Galaxy was mentioned as April, 2011. Seeing the way things are progressing, it sure looks like a distant dream. It's high time Triveni's management stops asking for more money from the customers and delivers something concrete rather than making vague promises. Regards. |
Reply: payments can only be asked if construction progresses. as regards updates we would try getting it shortly.

Reply: The project never got approval and most customers were either refunded or credit adjusted in their flat projects. pls check with them directly for your specific case.

| Triveni has started construction for two more towers T2 and T11A and the fact remains that they haven't delivered anything till date whereas they were earlier promising of delivering 8 towers first and then put efforts on other towers. One can easily make out their motive and what to expect from them in future. |
Reply: you cannot expect them to first complete 8 towers and only then start balance towers. why would allottees of other towers wait endlessly. seperate JCC and financial planning of all towers happening. since 8 towers are happening steadily, i personally see no issue in starting more towers.

| I dont think this JCC model is working well at least for Tower T15. I think Triveni has to take this concept seriously. |

| In the recent many comments I find You slowly distancing yourself from Triveni Galaxy. For few months U have been indicating that U will meet Triveni Management and get the Update for finding why Triveni Galaxy is losing Steam in construction activities.
Untill recently U have been Positive about Triveni but now U are not able to reflect True Picture to Your Audiences, makes me perplexed. Slowly things are going back to Old times when Triveni was not doing anything but collecting money.
Triveni even now a days have Time to Update their Website which is the main source of Info about their activities
Request You to find Out some time and Check with Triveni Management whats Going on and whats their Plan. |
Reply: Things are not really like old times, it is just that the communication has become weak again. And the management might not realise, it was largely the communication and interaction with customers that help project revive from a situation of total darkness. we would still try to do the best we can.

| We, All the flat owners have lot of respect for you, which you have gained with lot of hard work and your expertise. I appreciate the way you are helping us by this medium and There are people who can bank their money on any project.. just because of your words. May be I am also one of them. Around a year back I almost lost my hope for this project.. but now progress at least looks visible to us. Your views were very clear and strong that Galaxy would soon be reality and I made all my payment on time. But now I feel that after reaching at certain stage (where Triveni had charged around 80% cost of the flat), progress again slowed down. Brick work, plaster, pluming, fitting etc.. a series of tasks are pending which could have started in parallel in all the towers to get the confidence of customers. After paying 60-80% of total amount we are more scared and worried now. I feel that you are also not able to say anything very strongly as Triveni Management are not meeting you so often. I would request to all JCC members please push the issue much harder as we all have reached at critical position. Need to push from all the possible way to make things get going. Need to do something collectively to make this reality. We want to know the real construction plan tower wise and seriousness’ of Management in this project along with the fund to complete the rest of the work required for the project. |
Reply: I absolutely agree. while from our end we would try to see if we can have access to actual picture and plans, if customers also try to ensure that the JCC model, as it was actually conceived is followed in word and spirit, it should serve the purpose.

| It was a mix observation, there was no one working on my tower T15 though work was happening on other towers with a slow speed. As per my understanding work force available on the site can not deliver this project even by end of 2011. Though in a way that is not an issue if project does not meet March 2011 as overall infrastructure is not ready to support anything which is ready early next year, but it will be another failure for the commitment by Triveni. Can you ask Triveni to do something about this to improve customer satisfaction and their reputation (only if they are interested).

Reply: as a reason to protect the interest of our clients, we voluntarily worked for almost an year, identifying and sorting things and coming with ideas like phased development, consolidation of towers, JCC, web updates for transparency. As a consultant we did all what it could take. And it worked in the right direction as well. Thankfully, we now have some visible structure on the ground giving us hope that the project (or atleast few towers) may be a reality. The pace, communication, reputation are issues that management have to see. It is about their vision. Thanks anyway for the update. We would try to get in touch with them and address a few issues.
