BPTP PARK ELITE FLOORS are independent G+2 floors (without lift) launched in plot sizes of 180, 250 and 300 sq yds.

The project was overbooked in no times, to an extent that BPTP was not able to allot all applicants.

The floors have been allotment in most blocks and sectors under BPTP Parklands (their plotting township). Latest PE block.

PE-202 Update

Anybody has update on the construction of units in PE Block. I have a unit PE-202 and every month since Feb 2013, BPTP is raising a demand. Based on the email communication I had with them, the construction has already stated. Appreciate if anyone has visited the site or know whether the construction is in progress or not and at what stage it is.

NOC FITOUT

Hi Friends, I just received NOC FITOUT for L-1 Block. I visited the site on 4th May. I was very disappointed to see the condition of my floor. No flooring has been done in all the rooms. No paint has been done in the rooms as well as on the staircase rallings. Secondly I was told by site office manager that theu shall be laying wooden flooring in all the rooms which is very outdated now and very cheap also. BPTP has already charged 5 lakhs extra in the name of EDC. I was also informed Registry for A block has been done and possession has been given to them. Kindly confirm the same.

Not on time. No solid planning. Unprofessional. Not keeping investors/customers informed. They have money but they should hire intelligent executors.

Floor Plan 300 sqyd

Hi - Would really appreciate if anyone can share the floor plan of 300sq yd (ground floor) floor. One we have on their website is very old and sounds like they have implemented some changes in PE block @ 77 Sector. My unit is PE-183-GF. Recently paid GF casting demand.

MY UNIT IS pe/180/gf seems we r neighbour :) find attach the plan,,,, morever the new unit size is 278 sqrd not 300 sqrd as earlier commited by bptp
