RPS Palm Floors

Hello indiaspaces Sir..Is there any land dispute going in RPS palm floor ??? Earlier Axis Bank was funding this project which is being now stopped whereas other banks like HDFC,PNB and others are still continuing disbursing the loan. On being contacted to axis its been claimed that funding is stopped due to some land issues.I have called to your office also regarding the same query but didnt get the reply.So i request you to please throw your thoughts about this issue.

Reply: I am not aware of any land dispute so far. if other banks are still disbursing, then how is that possible.

Hi sir...Just wanted to check if there are any ready to move gated villas (such as Omaxe green or Acheiver's villa) in Faridabad? Regarding Acheiver's villa, is it legal property? Heard that there were some issues with legal ownership of villas Would be great if you can advise on the same

Reply: as much as i know achievers is legal. green valley is a gated complex. even green field is a gated complex with plots, floors and houses.

Reply: i dont see a possibility in any of the main cities like faridabad, gurgaon and noida in the budget. you would have to consider cities like - jaipur, bhiwadi etc.

Construction Status

Hi Sir, Can you explain what does the following mean in reagrds to the construction: Casting of 2nd FRS is completed. Does it mean that the 2nd floor structure is built or does it mean that the 2nd floor has been cemented and bricked?

Reply: The shell structure is casted in terms of frame, pillar and cement for a particular floor. But it may not imply any plastering or brickwork.

Reply: the track record of developer was going fine for some years and then there was a jolt because of some projects in punjab. not tracked developer recently so cannot.
