I am having one flat in BPTP Park Serene sector 37 D, Gurgaon. I have visited their Gurgaon office, there is some issue from HUDA / Gurgaon Authorities and entire project in some land issue. Project is hold and probably it will be demolished by the Haryana State Authorities. So they are not investing their time and money there.. There are trying to relocate the existing customer to Faridabad / Palwal.

Reply: As much as we know case already in Delhi HC where some stay was spught by FDI partner against BPTP.

Due to some Litigation issues between the promoters of Spacio+Serene+one more project. BPTP has stopped the construction and till the issue is resolved they will not ask for next payments or charge any penalties etc. All owners will receive the communication from the company in few days.

Let me clear some air on this topic (what I have read on net)CPI india is the Citibank's realy invesrtment arm who invested in BPTP and they are having litigation battle with BPTP on Debts in Balance sheet and inability to come out with IPO in 2011. In my POV; basically they want handsome returns on their 5% stake in BPTP. Till then expect some delays in project.

Hi,Construction started and issue resolved. However, I am not satisfied with the construction speed and expecting a delay of minimum 6-9 months.

Today i had a conversation with BPTP customer care guy. He informed me that BPTP has won the HC litigation issue and soon customers will start receiving their next demands.

Hi, I visited today also and situation is still same. Vascon is winding up because of payment issue. They have stopped Amstoria construction as well.

Today i visited spacio site and found that construction is stopped there. I had a discussion with BPTP officials present there and they told me that existing contractor (Vascon) is demobilized and new contractor will be hired and construction might get start from Feb'13 onwards. Clearly i am expecting a delay of 1 year and possessio not before mid 2015.

Timely Payment Discount

It seems BPTP is not calculating timely payment discount correctly. They intentionally dont process payment even if payment is done on time. In next demand request they label previous payment as outstanding and even charge interest on it. Is anyone else facing similar issues and how it was resolved?

This is strange Salma as I have not even received any letter even for 6th Floor casting. Let me visit the builder office. Other owners of Q tower please comment.

I visited BPTP office today they told me no demands are raised for Tower Q due to some HDFC Bank issues.. Till that gets resolved expect delay in the demand.However the person at BPTP told me it will take 2-3 months for next Demands to be raised for Tower Q.

I have received demands upto floor 9th, with three reminder notices, however i have written to them and they replied as HDFC has not approved to disburse the loan, they will not charge any interest for delayed payment. I also understood now 12th floor is under progress.

Hi, The last date for tower q start of Masonry work is 5th October 2012. I wanted to get HDFC bank to disburse the loan, BPTP is not giving the Permission to Mortgage letter and HDFC bank is not disbursing the loan. Please can any one let me know if they are facing the same situation in tower Q

I spoke to BPTP today as per them all those Tower Q allotees who have taken housing loans irrespective of the bank; demands from these people are not raised for 6th Floor casting and onwards. It will take more than 2 weeks for this to be sorted out. Please revert if have sm different info.
