there are several projects so it would be a wide answer. broadly a floor can start from 20 lakhs while flat would start 25 lakh onwards.

I have a Flat in Tower T-13,in Galaxy booked through you. I am regularly visiting the site & getting my self Updated. But I am sorry to say that the people maintaining the site are not Serious to the Views/Comments expressed by their Customers. I raised a comment about a week back regarding the schedule of Core Casting dates for the month of Dec. but so far nothing appears on site & moreover there is no satisfactory response from the Tower Coordinator.Your comments pl.

Schedule has been updated on site. Earlier dates were provided in advance but the variation was causing confusion. now once the stage is actualluy reached the photos are uploaded and status updated. i will still communicate your intentions to company.

Hi Sir: I am planning to buy a plot from a seller who is based outside Delhi. Seller has a rep. in Delhi who will be liasoning with me. Rep. will get all the papers signed and get the transfer set ready from the seller. Is there any precautions which i should take as i am supposed to hand over 100% payment to the rep(in the name of seller) on the date of transaction. As per BPTP, BPTP will accept papers at the time of transaction and once there audit people approves, then only property will be transferred to my name which genrally takes a week time for it to happen from the date of transaction.
Please do let me know if i need to be aware of any potential risks.

that is ofcourse the procedure. transact payments only when bptp guy says that all papers are in order. also receive an acknowledgement from bptp indicating your name.

Sir,
Just want to know whether a Dealer can manipulate alotment (Elite floor) or allotment is done by strictly through BPTP. Do Dealers have dany stake in allotment process.

dealers had no role. it was a draw done solely by bptp.

Am a end-user and have obtained your views on the subject earlier also, need some quick advices. The delaer is teling that BPTP is allotting floors to all applicants in phases and i should hear from them soon as he does not have the allotment list, should i take it as i have not got the allotment ? If BPTP is doing allotments in phases will they ask for yet another demand from those who have not been alloted units in current draw.? In the scenario of not allotment can i excercise exit ? Will BPTP pay interest to those who have not bene alloted a unit and want to exit ot to those who have not been alloted a unit but remain invested. ? Thanks.

all bookings might not have been allotted. next demand should not be demanded without allotment. i dont think they would allow exit or refund, but no harm pressing.

the issue is only anticipated edc/idc revision. i am sure you have unit transferred in your name in bptp records. if that is the case nothing much to worry presently.

i would advise not to disturb an existing loan in this case. you would have to first foreclose the loan and then per chance you dont get loan sanctioned from LIC, you could land in a soup.

I got 2nd floor in Z block , My location is just adjacent to Helth Centre shown in Master plan of Prakland & on 24 Mtr. sector road. Do you foresee any premium in coming years?
Is the location is so bad, that it may not be possible to shift there? I think it is sector 80. Is that so? How far this location is from Gemini & how you rate this sector from future connectivity & prospect view? Too many question........please try to answer all. Thanx in advance.

presently it would take time to settle down and establish values to floors and blocks and that too comparing with ground realities. Allotments have been scattered in almost every block and sector that bptp has stake in. Obviously where current plot rates are better, the floors would also look attractive there. Where connectivity is existent or nearby would follow next. People with patience should remain invested, but those who look for exit, should not think too much and exit at the first opportunity.

sorry we dont have allotment list except the units booked through us. Since thousands of queries have been directed to them at once, it is possible that they may take some time. No harm try friday again. Your dealer should help. I fail to understand why the criteria at the time of booking through a dealer is the commission discount and not the service that one may need for the entire project cycle. May not be applicable to you, but generally that remains the case.
