Hi, I know that you are not dealing in the KST Project but incase you can clarify my doubts about the credibility of the Builder. The project was supposed to be completed by the builder in September 2010 but still the project is not completed. If I compare it with the RPS Savana Project, the project is far behind the work being done in the RPS project. We tried to meet the builder on numerous occassions but not so much progess is seen/visible. Can you please suggest something and we can take this case forward in any forum to expedite the work.I think the builder is not committed to complete the work on time.

Reply: I dont know about the background of the developer. As much as i know they had a license arrangement with rps. As of now i have not many postings to doubt the credibility. As regards delay in possession that is routine with most projects. You have to check with current pace of construction
