NOTE:

  1. Prices indicated above are subject to revision at the discretion of the company. Prices ruling on the date of booking and its acceptance by the Company shall be applicable.
  2. Car Parking (@ Rs. 1.5 lacs), Stamp Duty, Registration with Service Tax & other charges shall be payable additionally. 
  3. In case of any upward revision of EDC by Govt. Agencies or any statutory liabilities in future, the same will be recovered on pro-rata basis.
  4. An upfront discount of 5% shall be allowed on all installments of BSP paid on or before due date.

Within 90 days of booking Complete 25% of BSP
Within 150 days 10% of BSP + 20% of Allied Charges
At the start of construction 10% of BSP + 20% of Allied Charges
On casting of Ground Floor slab 10% of BSP + 20% of Allied Charges
On casting of 1st Floor slab 10% of BSP + 20% of Allied Charges
On casting of 2nd Floor slab 10% of BSP + 20% of Allied Charges
On casting of 4th Floor slab 10% of BSP
On casting of 6th Floor slab 5% of BSP
On completion of Brickwork 5% of BSP
At the time of offer of possession 5% of BSP
   
Down Payment Plan (with 10% rebate)

Court ruling - ( BPTP Park Elite Premium )

With reference to recent Supreme Court judgement (CIVIL APPEAL NO. 2544 OF 2010) which says Parking areas cannot be sold by builder Supreme Court, in its 2010 verdict has clearly stated that “Open-to-sky” areas or “stilted” (covered) portions of their flat complexes, usable as parking spaces, cannot be sold separately by flat builders/promoters/developers as “garage”. The court reasoned that these spaces are part of the “common areas” in flat complexes and are therefore “not saleable independently as a flat or along with a flat”. According to above mentioned SC's verdit,plz let us know how BPTP is planning to return the carparking charges of flat owners.

Addendum to Buyer Seller Agreement - ( BPTP Park Elite Premium )

Has anyone received an Addendum for the Buyer Seller Agreement, I have received one, which says that it is agreed and understood among the parties that the seller shall always maintain minimum of 30 days gap between the demands to be raised for payment of consideration and charges for the Unit No. Please let me know if anyone else has received a similar letter, and what should I do. Thanks.

Good to hear that But what dId you find value for money compare to other projects?I heard that there are some small builder like SRS and Uppel those are better project then this.

Hi to all, I visited the construction site about a month back and there is a lot of work in progress, as I read a comment given by a gentleman that the house would be available for possession from Jun 2014 I think he is spot on as there is still a lot of work left (Landscaping+brickwork+boundary wall) etc. I would like to ask in this group as to what are the structures coming up at the entrance of the society? The ones which currently host the site office which look like a duplex house?
