Ninja Floors

Hi !! In June 2009, Ninja Floors project was launched by Triveni and PAL with one page advertisment's that possession in 18 months. That 18 months had gone by but not a brick layed. We a group of 8 people, who had paid booking amount in Ninja, got connected through medium of internet and had gone to Triveni Office last Saturday.Response, as expected, from management of Triveni was not encouraging.More follow up meetings with Triveni are planned. Through your well established forum : (a) Request if any one having a stake in this project, to get connected with us. My e-mail id is there. (b) All 8 of us are middle class novices who got into this project and didn't do a back ground check of this builder. Now Galaxy project issue is known to everybody. As a veteran of real estate, please advise and guide us, how do we get our hard earned money back from these people
Reply:
from the day one, we never approved or endorsed the project. By the time project came, triveni had already lost market confidence. And even PAL did not enjoy great reputation. We decided to keep away. options are not much except - merging of credits, seeking refund by dialogue or legal course (last resort).

Lack of planning

1) Triveni should have an objective of delivering good homes to its investors, which has been long lost. The management was never clear in its objectives. 2) Mgmt not clear by how to achieve the goals. They need people who are result oriented. I doubt if management ever consulted experienced professionals in the same domain. 3) Planning is the most important part of any project delivery. Here people talk about delivering towers without any plan on their mind and how to achieve it. 4) lack of transparency - Point already covered by somebody

Too long to complete project. company, being new to ncr, should have taken one project at a time and completed the same within a reasonable time-frame, which would have given them a very good image, and loads of customer confidence, and then should have gone on to the next Project. but, unfortunately, they went head-long into number of Projects, resulting in either abondaning certain Projects or leaving some unfinished, resulting in very very bad Market reputation/Image. NOW, WAY FORWARD, COMPLETE TRIVENI GALAXY FULLY TO REGAIN AT LEAST SOME CUSTOMER CONFIDENCE

A lot of negative perception exists in the market about Triveni. I feel company is making sincere efforts now to deliver but it will have to make significant efforts to make Galaxy project a success. This will restore credibility and help them in future projects

unprofessional Approach

Highly unprofessional approach, always finding ways and reasons to justify their failure to keep their commitments, no one in Triveni knows about what is actually happening. If you talk to 3 different officials, you are sure to get 3 contradicting responses time and again. I would personally never recommend any project by Triveni to any one I know. All I want and pray is that Triveni Galaxy is delivered on time

Very poor updating information neither on their website nor individual. Also it is required to be transpararent if any changes are made or delay in project. It is to be informed transparently
