I have bought a 3BHK Vedaanta at 3775. Any chances of selling it off at decent resale price? Thanks

Reply: you have bought at a higher price levels. consider yourself lucky if you can exit at same price even. plus thete would be brokerage and transfer fee which add upto another 140 psf. you should wait.

I bought it for end use purpose by the end of 2013. However looking at snail pace of DEW construction and the basic infra in vicinity that seems unlikely. Can you please suggest?

have patience of an year or two. your purchase price indicate you are recent buyer, think of those who invested 3-4 yrs back. patience is the key. the area is developing well. all new launches un the region are 4500 plus. if the developer can take a little pain on expediting possession and facilitating infrastructure and connectivity of existing projects itvwould be good for both users and investors. but they seem too busy launching new projects.

Dear Jitendra - Raheja is providing monthly update through Youtube to all flat owners. For past few months, I have noticed that interior work for flats is almost complete but lots of work still to be done for exterior and common areas. They are not providing any tenative date for possession and replied that possession will be given only after adequate infrastructure available in the locality. Do you have any idea about how the progress of dwarka expressway and other related infrasture in that area and how long it could take to be in good shape. Thanks.

Infrastructure may take another 1-2 years. the connectivity is a problem. Developer is not providing any clear picture. if someone could file RTI, it could help.

Jeetu ji, Recently there has been an upward trend for resale in other properties in the Area, Chintels, ATS, Siddhartha.... Any such movements for Raheja Vedaanta? Whats the current resale price if you can advice please. Thanks.

Vedanta is suffering because of lack of a connecting road from atharva to vedanta and also because of delayed possession. I am not aware of recent resale pricing but it was around 3500-3600 few months back.

Hello Jeetu ji Its been quite some time that Raheja asked for the installment, do you have an update on the construction status of vedanta also whats your view on dwarka manesar expressway? I am currently abroad... Any news from your side would be well appreciated. Also, i plan to buy a ready to move in when i am back in March, can anyone from your office help me with the options, my budget is 1.25 cr with dp of 25 lacs

Reply: finishing takes more time while slab casting installments are demanded more frequently. ready to move would normally require more DP or it is sold at higher than market price. we will discuss options once you are here
