I have booked a Flat 2457 sq.ft on 41st floor in Raheja Revanta Surya Tower. The booking is @ 5875/- sq.ft. I am in a difficult position due to a critical disease diagnosed with someone in my family as I may be requiring large funds for treatment and I may not be able to continue with the project. I had given a request to Raheja Developers for a refund, but the dealing concerned person in raheja is declining for the same. I have always admired Raheja Developers as a Company with Human Values, and would like to make a request on this platform, to kindly consider my request for the refund.

Reply: raheja is the most insensitive developer when it comes to understanding humans and human problems. they would never do anything in writing and would keep on lingering matter for weeks, months or even years. a small word of advice based on personal bad experiences, meanwhile this endless loop communication goes on, dont stop any payments, else multiple interest and cancellation clause with forfeiture clause of earnest money would be invoked without any consideration. there is no decision maker in the company except md of company and all others irrespective of designation would only waste time bcoz they dont have the guts to admit that they dont have any decision making powers. it would be a much simpler exercise to bang head in wall than expect something from them.
