I had quite bad experience with the Builder for the flat booked under Raheja Atharva project

Sampda project is great failure mainly because of Raheja asking for too many intstallments (7 installments)with meagre construction. There is no buyer no appreciation.

sir, times have changed. Speculative buying, quick buck and easy exits are not in any more. One enters an underdeveloped region because of low cost but the profitable exits only happen after the complete life cycle of project i.e. actual handover, external infrastructure like connectivity etc and finally end user. Raheja Atlantis is now a delivered project and the appreciation has happened manifold. The recent projects like vedanta, atharva and navodaya are all at advanced stage of construction and market values have improved reasonably at least for vedanta and atharva. installments are asked only as per the payment plan that we opt at the time of booking. I see no reason why any one should complain about it.

I know it is your prerogative right to put comments. But these are not my complete comments. Your respose of quick bucks, speculative etc etc has nothing to do with my concerns. I have complaints about the progress of the project Tell me any of the projects asking for 7 installments and finished just the ground work.

few simple questions - did you know the payment plan at the time of booking. has any payment demanded which is not as per payment plan. at the same very site earlier they had sold a project called navodaya. was the payment plan there much different.

what is the delivery track of ireo and tulip. ireo is only on a launching spree but please compare actual site development vis-a-vis raheja projects. ireo prices are much higher than realistic market alternates so the bsp content is bigger so one installment would not make much difference. I won't discuss tulip because I don't really track them. that way there are hundreds. pls compare pmt plans of developers like dlf, unitech, ansals, vatika, emaar, bptp who have comparable size and atleast one delivered project in gurgaon. i was avoiding a reply bcoz i wanted to refrain from commenting in your chosen alternatives. nobody conpels you in a launch to buy a project. the pmt plan was a part of booking form, you should have not opted but if you did please dont cry foul. builders dont pay commussiob to customers but to dealers who in turn pay the customers. for those specfic builder-dealer-commission matter please take up with company or dealer. it is not reflective on developer directly so we dont encourage these posts. i hope it settles.
