Dear Rajiv: I am worreid too with their speed of construction (2-4 floor/month).I just paid my 11th instalment but did not send me the confimation on completion on 8th Floor. I am stuck as any delay in payment they charge 18%. or time being it seem like they are buidling the complex in the middle of farms. There is no access/proper road to this place, seem like unlikely to happen in next few yrs

Reply: technically the developers foremost responsibility is doing its bit i.e. Constructing the project in the committed time and development of internal infrastructure. I think raheja is doing just that and if they are doing it at good pace, i see no reason to be critical about. As far as external development is concerned, i suggest customers in that belt should also try to find out proposed schedule from relevant departments by way of filing RTIs

I am realy worried abou the completion date of RAHEJAS ATHARVA PROJECT. I think they are definately going to overshoot or might have already overshot the completion date (I need to check dates). I last visited the site 1 month back and I could not see much progress as compared to 1 year ago when i visited the site then. I think if they do not deliver property in time we should all get together and get rahejas fined for their misdoings. As the condtions imposed by them are very much simmilar to DLF for the late payment fees that customer has to pay and delayed project penalty that they want to pay in case of delay. Please all of you let me know what do you think about it

Reply: First go through the DLF judgement and understand how and why the case can be taken to be similar to raheja. mere delay cannot be the cause
