RPS is a professionally managed company. The projects is going as per the construction Plan and regular update is available on their website. They respond to emails qeries as well. Over all projects price specification, work progress and customer care is excellent and best of the Nahar par lot. Only thing is pending to watch is quality of construction material and internal finishes

Its shocking that still RPS is showing its old PLan to its customer. its misleading its customer but truth is that new Plan has much more green space

Allotment improvement

I am overall satisfied. RPS is quite professionally managed company. However, following is the room for improvement: 1) During Allotment, the sales guy calls up someone and finds out what all is available. There should be some kind of online map which could be used to mark what is alloted or what is unalloted. Otherwise, the end customer is just dependent on the sales guy providing good options. 2) I have approached the RPS team several times to allot me another additional OPEN Parking slot. However, i have been turned back everytime with remark that OPEN slots are not available and only CLOSED partking slots are available. I am at pity of the RPS Management to believe that there are no OPEN parking slots
