one should be prepared of budget of around 6000 psy as basic price and adfditional charges.

thanks for update. I am looking to invest there and will be visiting jaipur next weekend... I need help from you and other members from jaipur. One broker told me that water below Omaxe City Jaipur is not good, that why omaxe project is flop. I doubt that it is a rumor, please advice

Omaxe is selling fresh plots in 5K (Phase3). Resale in Phase3 is 3800, Phase2 is 4400 and Phase1 is 5500. From where did you derive the rates of 11K?

The plot size is 400 sq. yards but the site is showing wrong size. Rate is Rs 7000/sq. yard including all charges such as club, maintenance, administrative, JDA patta etc.

Hi, I want to buy 200-250sq yd plots in Omaxe. Can you please let me know prevaling rates in Omaxe ph1. Should I buy the plots on Ph1 or Ph2. Please also suggest which is better investment option OMAXE or EMAAR.

Reply: Omaxe is near ajmer expressway while emaar is near mahindra world city.
