Floor allocation

I want to know that how the floors will be allocated in omaxe panache towers.They are not even describing that thing like PLC(preferential location charges). Have they got EIA approval for this project and how do you rate this project according to your experience. Thanks & Regards Ingit Kaushik

Reply: sorry i have not been tracking the project. I suggest you go for projects nearing possession like omaxe heights, bptp princess park or grandeura

Hello Jitu, Can you please provide your recommendation on this project for Faridabad site. Also, I saw in detail where it says these aprtments will be owned and maintained by Omaxe. What does it mean? Some agents are offering INR 7,500 pm interest on DP option right from now till possession. Your advice please

Reply: buy strictly as enduser. Check out the specs and location. If it suits, you should go for it. These days there are various schemes of emi subsidising etc. So it could be one of those schemes

Pl tell us your opininon if this project is good for long time investment. And if it is which area is better for Panache Homes FBD or G.NOIDA. Also pl. let me if you are dealing in this project and what is the financial standing of Omaxe, since they will start this ptoject after 30 months. Thanks and Regards

Reply: in faridabad relatively price is higher, not recommended as investment. Rather pick a resale in omaxe heights which is more or less complete and effective price lower. In gnoida, since unit cost is less relatively to any other reputed devleoper, smallest size may turn out an investment. Omaxe is safe and sound and have delivered projects, or projects nearing completion all over ncr. We are handling the project

1 i want to know the track record of omaxe builders.. 2 i would like to know what is the title of land on which this project is coming up. 3 i would also like to know if the builder would take the money to finance his other unfinished products in view of recession

Reply: Omaxe is one of those builders who has constantly been delivering projects. They have delivered projects in faridabad (green valley), noida (nri city, royal residency), gurgaon (nile, omaxe plaza). The land for the project is cleared and licensed. crunch is global, omaxe is doing fine. Infact to buy land for this project itself, omaxe spent close to 50 crores without rasing any money from the project. as long as allottees pay installments for the project, completing the project should not be a problem.
