Hi Jitender ji, I have 2 BHK in Omaxe Heights and i want to sell this out and want to buy 3 BHk in Spa Village. Is it good decision investment wise and what is the premium on 3 BHK of Spa Village? What is best option Omaxe heights or Omaxe Spa village investment wise ?

Reply: if enduse not a priority, no harm. one has connectivity and livability today while other is totally dependent on future infrastructure. for commercials our marketing team would revert.

I recently visited Omaxe Heights site, for two flats (three bed room) finishing work was going on and one of my friend is planing to shift in May 2012. Just want to know any one else got letter from Omaxe for three bed room possession ?

Hi Uttam, Are you sure they have started giving possession for these towers,news i have that people went to omaxe and had heated discussion and only after they are able to get letters. Not sure Omaxe sent any letter themselves to any 3 BHK till now. Also registry not happening for 3BHK.

Hi Sandeep- In this budget- i can easily say its 'Impossible' to get a 3BHK. In 45 Lacs, you may be lucky to get a prefered 2BHK at best. From what i know- 2 BHKs are trading between 44-46 lacs. For 3 BHKs- i am aware of a few current unit holders who have asked dealers to only bother them when the Premium touches 30 Lacs. In case you are open to increase your budget to around 60 lacs (33lac original + 27 lac premium)- there is a chance for 3 BHK as of today BR Rishi

Dear Jituji and readers of this forum, I was looking to rent my 2 BHK apartment in Omaxe Heights. This has woodwork in the kitchen and all bedrooms plus all electrical fittings done. It is a park facing and on 5th floor. Can you suggest what will be a reasonable rent inclusive of maintenance charges? How can I have it listed on your web page?

Hello Jeetu ji Is it a good investment to buy at omaxe heights at this point of time when premium is around 16-17 lacs . I m getting a compelte wood work done 2 bhk flat at 6th floor/park facing for 46 lacs. Should i go for it or not?

Reply: I wont say investment but if it is a possible end use. Else omaxe new heights at around half the price could be an investment.
