Omaxe has given us papers for temporary possession. Its seems like a ploy to further delay the final possession. Any ideas or comments

Reply: can someone not file an rti with noida authority to check any approval or permission pending.

what does 'temporary possession' mean? can you move in with it? also, would like to know (if you don't mind), as to which Tower is your property in. we haven't received any letters, so wanted to know which Towers have been given these letters.

i too have booked a ground floor apartment in grandwoods. so am eager to know if you found out anything about the approval status. omaxe of course says everything is fine, but now they are saying that they will hand over all apartments EXCEPT ground floors between 15 Jan - 15 Feb. ground floor will be handed over after that. WHY?

i have booked one two bhk in grandswood. 95% payment has been made. now they are demanding 5% payment without indicating the time to be taken by them for getting the registry in my name after payment. whether this offer of possession valid? what i should do

Reply: more or less a normal practice with most developers.

Excellent landscape, large free space to tower ratio, one of the best swiming pool, two tennies courts, ample parking space, green area and disance between towers is very far so complete privacy
