Hi, Is it worth/good investment at ATS Kukoon in sector 109 dwarka expressway at 4800 PSF? How the future looks like?

Reply: mahindra aura at 4375 psf was much better bet. though ATS is also a good company with delivered projects in noida belt. you can even pick a resale in raheja atharva in same sector at around 4000 psf.
