We are coming with a new user friendly classified listing policy for more effective resale sale / purchase. One can take a monthly membership of Rs.1000 per month to promote a property. It would be suitably displayed and promoted with contact details of the seller. And if the property is not sold (irrespective of source) within 4 months of date of publication, one can claim the refund back. Optionally if we are involved and it is sold through us 1 percent of unit cost as brokerage would be charged and Rs.1000 would be adjusted. Suggestions welcome.

We are coming with a new user friendly classified listing policy for more effective resale sale / purchase. One can take a monthly membership of Rs.1000 per month to promote a property. It would be suitably displayed and promoted with contact details of the seller. And if the property is not sold (irrespective of source) within 4 months of date of publication, one can claim the refund back. Optionally if we are involved and it is sold through us 1 percent of unit cost as brokerage would be charged and Rs.1000 would be adjusted. Suggestions welcome

I don't see any reason for asking Rs 1000 for Ad display. I know it is an effort/cost to you, but still. However, if idea is just to check seriousness of seller, you can ask him to pay one time registration charge of Rs 500.

If we broker a deal the revenue realisation is going to be a minimum of 1% of unit cost which is not going to be less than 20-25k. There are always people who wanted direct deal without a dealer, for them if they do directly by paying only Rs.1000. See the saving and worst case you are not able to crack a deal you would be refunded. Where do you get that option. The amount is well thought of and has its administrative cost as well - deposit, tracking and provision for refund

Person might go to a dealer. If it is not sellable, I might come opt for this

We offer brokerage service without any precommitment. The Rs.1000 thing is applicable only for those who always insisted on direct deal or displaying their contact nos. If by spending Rs.1000 they can save brokerage, let them try. We are ready to refund if the transaction does not take place
