Dear All, I am planning to book a flat in KLJ Green- Faridabad. I just want to know about the scheme and payment plan for the same. As one of the agent is demanding 25% of the BSP (10% booking amount, after 120 days 10% and 5% + full EDC/IDC).

Extra EDC

Dear Jituji, I bought a flat in KJL greens. I have just received a letter from them asking for additional 210 psf as EDC. I need your advice; should I make this payment or should I wait until some judgement is passed (I read on website that few people are contemplating this thought).I don't mind paying extra EDC as government will use this money for developing the area which will eventually help us only. Please advice. Further what is your opinion for the KLJ greens? How many years you think it will take for to the place to be livable?

Reply: project suffers because of external infrastructure and size of developer (reputation, track record etc). edc enhancement is reality that all allottees in the region would have to pay sooner or later, unless court rules against the increase.
