KM43 ( Kaypee KOSMOS) I have applied for transfer (resale) in 3rd week of December, 2011. But till date no response. Customer care people gives contradicting information. What is the issue?

Dear Mr Jignesh would u plz update me abt the status of tower 59 as nothing being done by JP till yet , and we are not getting any correct info from thr customer care cell , had booked a flat at 2nd floor and now as per them tower 59 is on hold and they are asking me to shift from 2nd floor of KM59 to 12th or above floor of any other tower , this is not the way to respond to thr customer after 3 years since we booked the flat (havent expect this response from a builder like Jay Pee)

I own a flat in tower-65 and dont find any updates in any forum or sites. There are no photographs also for this tower on Jaypee website. Anyone knows if there is any issue with KM-65?

Project is good. Construction quality is also going to be the best in NCR. Abnormal delays making jaypee lose the ground. End users shying away due to delays. I know atleast 4-5 persons who liked this project but booked at sec-137 just because of delays in Jaypee.

Hey I am owner of one of the flat in Jaypee Kosmos tower number 57. Today i've just visited the site and found that no construction of any of the 55, 56 and 57 towers were progressing. I also visited to the site office and people out there didn't provided any satisfactory information and any genuine reason that when construction will be going to start. Labors working out there also confirmed that high tension wire adjacent to the towers is the major cause of the problem and due to this cranes and other building construction machines cannot work. Due to all given reasons the project is on hold and nobody knows when it will going to start or whether it will start or not. If anyone has good information about the tower number 57, please update.

i tried to buy a flat in resale i tower 55 but builder has stop transferring in these towers. I heard that builder will shift these tower thats why resale in these tower are on hold .
