Hi Jitender, Wish you and readers a very Happy Holi!!! This is regarding the Indraprastha Apartments. I have paid the second last payment to SLF in March 2012 and now next amount is due on the possession. As per the update, the project may get completed by October 2012. Do you have any update? Can you please talk to the management and update on the possession information. As per the payment plan submitted to me by Mr. Jain, the possession is supposed to be offered by May 2012. However, it does not look like to be the case. SLF has revised the prices of the project to 4650/per sq ft and have increased on the miscellaneious charges. Wanted to check, if there are any impacts on the resale market of the flat. Thanks pka_fbd

Rates revising

Just wanted to update, price list of the Indraprastha Apartments has been revised again. Now along with INR 4100 per sq ft, there is increase in additional charges in tune of INR 5 lakhs. Also, the CLP is crashed to 9 months only - July 2012. The four bed room units are no more available with company. It is almost all sold or may be couple of them kept to sale on premium at possession time frame. By pass road is almost through till to this project. The bridge work and tar laying is complete. It may get open at any moment. Please update the price list in your database with the present price list.

Just wanted to update the readers, that six lane by pass road is through till Indraparstha Apartments at Sector 30. Now, reaching Delhi/Jasoloa is just five to seven minutes from This. Thanks, PKA

Dear Jitender, As per the recent update about EDC increase in Nahar par area - can you please confirm if the same is only applicable to Nahar par area or existing Faridabad Area. Is there any EDC increase on Indraprastha Apartment and Mahindra Chloris? If yes, the how much? Thanks, PKA

Hi Jitender, Any price revision in the Indraprastha Apartments I. As the by pass road is almost through till Indraprastha Apartment, any upward swing is seen in the prices. What is the latest price offered by SLF? Also, any chance to discuss with SLF management to update the progress on website. Thanks

Visited the site last week, in the sample flats block visited some flats, no flooring, plumbing and electrical work not started, lifts duct being prepared, only plastering from inside completed. completion before may.2012 looks difficult.Their ads claimed Dec.2011 completion

I just visited the Indraprastha Apartment's site yesterday. I fouond that work speed to complete the things is really good. SLF claim of completing this project in this year 2011, looks achievable. I personally checked my unit and found that PoP work has started. The marketing team was stating that, their is high probability that Metro also take the route from By-pass road. Just wanted to share an Idea - Can you also ask SLF team put the project progress on the website. I will also share the project progress pictures with you. So that the same can be uploaded. Thanks

Do you have any reference and feedback in Indraprashtha Apratement at Sector 30. I went to their site, the apartment constructions quality really great. The plan looks good. However, costly? Do you deal with them? Also, your inputs on any legal perspective

Reply: We are handling the project. It is bang on bye pass road and developed colony, so no dependent on future infrastructure. prices in respect to developed pockets is by and large justified. construction also at advanced stage. I recommend this project. legally i dont see any issues, the banks are also funding the project
