HUDA PLOTS IN 5 CITIES - Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) is planning to offer over 2300 residential plots in five cities in Haryana - Faridabad (927), Panchkula (635), Bahadurgarh (382), Panipat (278), Sonepat (88). Normally the rates at which HUDA offer plots are much lower than the open market rates. This is one reason that these allotments are seen as lottery tickets, with lakhs of people applying every time for a few thousand plots.
