Proposed Developments that can make Faridabad, a much sought after city in Future :

1. Work on Badarpur Flyover started, likely to be completed within 2010.

2. Work on Metro Station at Badarpur in full swing, Faridabad border should be on metro route by 2010.

3. Metro to be extended upto YMCA chowk by 2012

4. Bye-pass road along canal upto Border to be widened, work started.

5. Road upto Kalindi Kunj operational though narrow presently.

6. Kalindi Kunj expressway to be widened.

7. 6 laning of NH2 proposed. Advt for land acquistion by NHAI was in Dec 2009 newspapers.

8. Peripheral or FNG expressway connecting to Noida, Ghaziabad proposed.

Hi Jituji, I just came to know that some new sectors (sector 99 to Sector 110) has been planned in neharpar area. Do u have any infor regarding this? are these HUDA sectors? Thanks Sanjeev

Reply: That may be further proposed extension of neherpar. At this stage these are only proposed sectors, nothing final.

Dear Mr Jeetender , last monday i visited negarpar area and have seen a petrol pump (new MDPS school)to be opened soon. Also i have seen many pipes ( may be for sewerage) were lying on the road. Is development work starts at neharpar? Your comments pls.

As per recent RTI reply It has been clear that Sector roads should be develop by the respective builders. HUDA is going to built only master Roads. the Work for master Road has already started.

gawar construction is know building sector roads . u can see it with ur eyes . 30 meter dividing road of sector 75 - 76 work is in full swing the contractor is planing the earth and they put 5 feet long pillars along the master road u can easily reach there by bptp gate of sector 75 reach to the resort work on 45 meter sector road is also in progress .

As per the document (Page 42), the time line for completion of master roads in New Faridabad is Sept 2014.
