I have written several mails to Kabul chawla. Also requested through mail for appointment but really sorry to say . Company like BPTP does not understand the meaning of customer satisfaction. It takes 10 years to build a customer and 10 seconds to lose.

The search was carried out in 23 offices of the company across the NCR to ascertain facts about under-reporting of apartment sales by the realtor. “We have carried out search and seizure operations in 13 premises and surveyed another 10,” a senior Income Tax official said. Nearly 100 men have been deployed in the operation and several documents have been taken in possession. “We had reports that the developer had under-reported apartment sales and the search operations are regarding that.” A BPTP spokesperson termed the operations a routine audit by the government. “We are fully cooperating with the government,” he said. BPTP has several residential and commercial projects across Faridabad and Noida. The developer grabbed national headlines when, in March 2008, it outbid realty majors DLF, Ansals and Omaxe to win a commercial-cum-residential 95-acre plot at Noida for a whopping R5,006 crore. This was the costliest land deal ever in India’s history. However, a year later the company surrendered a part of this premium plot to the Noida Development Authority, as it was unable to pay the amount due to a financial crunch. The company later settled for around 21 acres of the plot and has recently launched a commercial project on this plot.

Reply: Raids are normal in this industry. I am not sure of any big developer who has not been raided. The industry has high volumes of financial transaction so is always prone to such department activities. I see no reason for any investor who has a neat and clean transaction with the company to worry about anything. This is normal business process

plots or Flats

BPTP is definitely lagging in their promises, whether it s plot or flat. Many blocks are still in the same condition as they were 5 years back. They have not done any work and collected 95% money. Most flats are delayed, if you take Granduera also only few blocks are ready, other blocks they are telling by next year Sept. which has gone beyond 48 month max time projected. However they promised to deliver in 36 month. So my views that BPTP is not deivering promises

We have heard that SEBI has put a hold on BPTP's IPO due to some disclosures by them on deliveries of nehar par project and litigations going on against them on neharpar projects / land ownership .....how far is this true as this is coming in some news papers also
