Why there is a sudden increase in premium for Bptp Elite Floors. Is there something important thing happened , which I missed.

Hi I have one unit 3bhk , L-15 block , Ground Floor(Brick Work completed in Mar 2012). I am planning to sell it , what premium I should expect. someone was suggesting HUDA is inaugarating something there in next 3 month, that will further boost the premium. Please suggest

I had unit in J block, but now I am been relocated. For the past six months I've no update where they are re-allocating my unit. All they say that its going to take 2 months time.Please help.
