  • In case of delay in payments as per payment plan opted, interest @18 % per annum will be charged on delayed payments..
  • Stamp duty and court fees shall be payable separately as per Uttrakhand Govt. norms.
  • Individual electric meter connection charge shall be extra as applicable.
  • The above area are super built-up area which includes covered area plus proportionate share of common area such as staircase, passage, lifts facilities, etc. The actual area at the time of offer of possession may vary be 5%
  • Maintenance charges for the first year shall be payable in advance at the time of offer of the possession.
  • Government taxes as applicable from time to time shall be payable by the allottee in addition to the sale price as stated above.
